Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take on average roughly 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 3-7 days.
All damaged items in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving shipment.
A new part will not be reordered and/or shipped until damage claim is approved by carrier
A refund will be not credited until approved by carrier
Lost packages in transit must be reported to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If the Shipping carrier cannot find the package after there investigation a replacement part will be sent out or a refund issued.
We are not responsible for carriers delays in shipment.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost once the part(s) arrive to our location.

We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost and/or delivery time to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
Large autobody parts and sheet metal parts(Bumpers, quarter panels, doors, fenders etc.) must be picked up in store and can not be shipped out via UPS.
We do not ship COD orders.
We are not part of the Ford CP, or "Crash Parts" program. Part numbers that end in "CP", while they appear on the website, are not available for order through us, and are displayed for informational purposes only.
